The class will be here on April 2nd starting at 9:00 am at the Westhaven Club House 400 Cheltenham Ave. Franklin TN 37064. This Real Estate Training will help you to focus, and get into the Business Mindset. You will also create a budget and action plan for how you are going to grow your real estate business like a business.
Why are these things important? If you start with this class it will help you create your real estate business no matter how big or small that can grow following the MREA Model. For example if you name your company “The Kalista Bradshaw Real Estate Team” clients expect to work with Kalista Bradshaw… if you instead name your company “The Legacy Realty Team” the client can work with anyone from the team and think they are getting the best help. This will keep you from losing clients when you grow to having buyers and listing specialists.
No business runs without a budget, “Running your Business like a Business,” will help you to write a realistic budget using the principles and accounting techniques used by corporate professionals all across multiple industries. You should not be using your personal bank accounts to run your business. You will also create an action plan specific for where you are at in your career.
