Do I really need additional Training?

As a TN Realtor, agents are required to take 16 hours of continuing education every two years. Is this enough? We think . . . That leaves a few gaps. There are only so many topics you can cover and begin to understand after 16 hours. This is why it is so important to join a firm that is invested in their agents. A huge part of growing into a successful business owner (that’s you, Realtors!) is keeping current on your industry. Your agency should provide you VALUE. And value comes from offering things that make you better. This is why Keller Williams provides a multitude of courses for our agents attend. Whether you are a new agent or a seasoned agent, our classes cater to a variety of interests.

Something really important to plan for is a SHIFTING MARKET. James Shaw, our energetic visiting teacher, will be guiding us through the book SHIFT. It’s all about how top real estate agents tackle tough times. Real Estate agents ride the market roller coaster. . . Sometimes successful, other times not. Shift teacher you how to grow a BUSINESS that can be stable even through a changing market.

If you are thinking about hopping into real estate, or are currently an agent, this is a great class for you! Come see what an agency who is invested in their agents looks like. Reserve your spot by emailing cameronmcbride@kw.com by March 15th and receive a free SHIFT book!
